  • Includes a full line by line review of the current property EPC setup and rating. It includes loading of pictures, property provided, (branded approved hotel pictures). The Report Card will be sent to the Ops/Dir and hotel GM and includes a follow up phone call for review. 
  • Follow up 10 days to confirm all changes have taken place with follow up as required.
  • Follow up 30 days to re-confirm all changes or identify any new issues.
  • This does include any pricing or revenue management functions.

*Package is upgradeable to package 2 and 3.

Package “2” ……………. “Semi-Annual” Report Card Package

  • Includes a full line by line review of the current property EPC setup and rating. It includes loading of pictures, property provided, branded approved hotel pictures). The Report Card will be sent to the Ops/Dir and hotel GM and includes a follow up phone call for review. 
  • Follow up 10 days to confirm all changes have taken place with follow up as required.
  • Follow up 30 days to re-confirm all changes or identify any new issues.
  • Follow up with a full quarterly review with an updated Report Card sent to the hotel management company Ops/Dir and hotel GM and includes a follow up phone with the GM for review.
  • Follow up as above.
  • This does include any pricing or revenue management functions.

Package “3 ……………. “Quarterly” Report Card Package

  • Includes a full line by line review of the current property EPC setup and rating. It includes loading of pictures, property provided, branded approved hotel pictures). The Report Card will be sent to the Hospitality representative and General Manager and include a follow up phone call for review. 
  • Follow up 10 days to confirm all changes have taken place with follow up as required.
  • Follow up 30 days to re-confirm all changes or identify any new issues.
  • Follow up with a monthly review to identify and changes in hotels positioning and ratings. Report will be sent to the Aimbridge Ops/Dir and hotel GM and includes a follow up phone call.
  • Follow up as above.
  • This does include any pricing or revenue management functions.
